Level 2 Apprentice Hairdresser Wanted at The Boss Studio
Train in-house with Achievement Training & Skills while working in salon.
Duties include assisting stylists, shampooing, client care and salon presentation. We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, professional and passionate about hairdressing.
What You'll Do at Work
- Greet and welcome clients into the salon
- Assist stylists with day-to-day tasks
- Shampoo and condition clients’ hair
- Prepare clients for cutting, colouring, and styling services
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the salon
- Keep workstations clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
- Learn and develop basic hairdressing skills and techniques

Apprenticeship Details
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Apprenticeship training will take place in-house at The Boss Studio, delivered by Achievement Training & Skills. The apprentice will receive 8 hours of structured training per week within the salon environment, alongside practical learning on the salon floor. Additional coursework and homework will be set to support their development and progress.

Career Progression
On successful completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship, the apprentice will have the opportunity to progress into a junior stylist role within the salon. There will also be the opportunity to continue training and complete a Level 3 Hairdressing qualification, working towards becoming a fully qualified stylist.
