What you’ll do
You’ll join our Lettings Team and work alongside Customer Lettings Coordinators as you:
- Gain hands-on experience in matching people with suitable homes
- Support customers through the moving process
- Build a strong understanding of housing services in real working environments
- Achieve confidence in the lettings process while contributing to meaningful outcomes for our customers
Throughout your placement, our team will provide continued support to maximise your opportunity.

Practical requirements:
- 2 GCSEs (grades C/4-9 or above) in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
