Apprentice – Housing Level 2

Gain hands-on experience within the Lettings Team, working alongside Customer Lettings Coordinators to learn how customers are matched with suitable homes and supported throughout the moving process.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English (grade Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
  • GCSE in Math (grade Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and determination
  • Ability to self-manage time for off-the-job training
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisation skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Team working skills

Responsibilities

  • Shadowing and training with the Lettings Team
  • Assisting Lettings Coordinators with tasks on the CBL system
  • Eventually contacting customers
  • Completing off-the-job training hours (6 hours per week) towards Level 2 qualification
  • Organising and planning work to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales
