Apprentice – Housing Level 2
Gain hands-on experience within the Lettings Team, working alongside Customer Lettings Coordinators to learn how customers are matched with suitable homes and supported throughout the moving process.
Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
- GCSE in Math (grade Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
- Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and determination
- Ability to self-manage time for off-the-job training
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- Administrative skills
- Team working skills
Responsibilities
- Shadowing and training with the Lettings Team
- Assisting Lettings Coordinators with tasks on the CBL system
- Eventually contacting customers
- Completing off-the-job training hours (6 hours per week) towards Level 2 qualification
- Organising and planning work to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales
