Fixed-term contract initially for 15 months
Starting salary (Year 1): £19,656 Hours per week: 37.5

Are you looking for your next step or change in career? We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme at Sanctuary, in partnership with Learning Curve Group. You’ll gain a Housing Level 2 qualification while gaining hands-on work experience.

About the Role
You’ll be part of our Lettings Team, working closely with Customer Lettings Coordinators. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in the matching of people with suitable homes
- Assisting customers through the entire movement process
- Gaining practical experience in housing services within a live working environment
- By the end of your placement, you’ll have a strong understanding of the lettings process and see the direct impact you’ve had in helping customers move into Sanctuary Homes

Skills & Qualifications Required
We seek candidates who embody our core values: Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability—and who are willing, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
In addition, you should have:
- At least 2 GCSEs (Grades 4-9, C or above) or equivalent in Maths and English
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
