About This Opportunity
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to further a career in HR and with clients in all sectors and industries, it will provide a broad and varied range of experiences and knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- New starter onboarding for clients
- Inputting and processing HR data onto our systems
- Create HR data reports and provide HR metrics
- Creation of basic letters including employee change notifications
- Absence, holiday and HR system administration
- Conducting exit interviews
- Obtaining references on behalf of clients
- Drafting HR related forms for example induction processes and probationary reviews
- Provide recruitment support including writing job adverts, short listing and arranging interviews
- Maintaining client files and our internal database
- Map out and create process workflows

What you should have to apply
- GCSE A*-C/9-4 maths and English
Personal Qualities
- Professional, confidential and a good team player
- A keen interest in HR
Skills
- Strong administration experience
- A basic knowledge of HR and employment law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of customer awareness and commitment to deliver a high standard of service
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and organise and manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to proficiently use IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Ability to input data onto HR systems and databases and to understand system configuration
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- A high level of flexibility
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
