Starting Salary: £18,000

What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Insurance Practitioner, you’ll help customers when they need us the most.
Skills
You'll communicate with empathy and organise support based on their policy. Your pathway will help you achieve an industry-recognised Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification, but you will also gain new knowledge and skills such as:
- Legal and regulatory rules and how we promote a culture of treating customers fairly
- Learning more about insurance - what it is, how it supports our customers, what we do to deliver on our promises to our customers, and how the insurance market functions
- Developing relationship management skills. You’ll learn how to build and grow your professional relationships and networks to deliver on our commitments to our customers and partners
- Governance
- You’ll learn how Marley (as part of a regulated industry) complies with
- Technical ability - Whether supporting customer services, complaints, operations, business support, data and reporting, or other business functions, you will gain hands-on experience, learn Marley’s systems and processes, and build the expertise required to deliver excellent outcomes for customers, colleagues and the wider business.
- Innovation and communication – you'll learn how to suggest ideas to make improvements (considering the impact they may have on business objectives) and develop the ability to communicate information to different kinds of audiences, from other apprentices to leaders within your area
