As an Inside Sales Advisor Apprentice, you’ll work with cutting-edge solutions like alarms, CCTV, and access control, while building your skills in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Inside Sales Advisor, you’ll:
- Develop client relationships by engaging with decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities
- Learn sales fundamentals, including raising quotes, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes in the fire and security sector
- Support experienced sales teams to drive growth and territory expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer service
- Work with leading-edge technology to design solutions and manage projects

What You’ll Learn
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience:

- A mix of remote learning (BMS Progress Level 4 Sales Executive) and mentored development
Requirements
Essential
✔ GCSEs in English & Maths – Grade 5 (C) or above ✔ Enthusiastic team player with strong communication, work ethic, and interest in technology & engineering
Desired
✔ Driving licence (not essential but advantageous)
