Apprentice Multi Trade
Equans Multi Trade Apprentice
Equans is looking for a Multi Trade Apprentice to join our team in Tamworth on a 2-year fixed term basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is an apprentice wage and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To assist and carry out project-defined multi-trade work to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager; including, Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting and Decorating.
- Support the site management team in successful project delivery.
- Participate actively in structured learning, both on-site and through day-release training with a recognised provider.
- The Apprentice Multi Trader supports the site teams in successful delivery of projects, whilst developing personal knowledge of the multi-trade roles and responsibilities to progress through the Equans trades structure.
- The role is developmental, with structured learning and on-the-job training forming the foundation for moving into the role of a qualified Multi Trader.
- Material co-ordination.
- Participate actively in structured learning, both on-site and through day-release training with a recognised provider.
- To attend all relevant training courses including all SHEQ courses arranged by the employer including Toolbox Talks.
- Making repairs and restoring damaged parts.
- Maintain and care for all company tools.
