Parts Advisor Apprentice - Volkswagen

Location: Hull

Salary: Age related market aligned salary

We are looking for extraordinary people to join our Apprenticeship Programme. Do you have what it takes to be part of one of our innovative, spirited, and dedicated teams?

An Apprenticeship Programme with JCT600, will give you the opportunity to carry out a real job with real responsibility coupled with an on-going focus around your training and development, as you work to develop the skills that will make you effective both within our organisation and future career.

We are looking for people that are ambitious, who demonstrate a willingness to learn and who are excited by the prospect of working with our fantastic brands.

The Parts Apprenticeship Requirements

  • Completing the Brand Parts Apprentice qualification.
  • Learning and developing all skills to become an excellent Parts Advisor.
  • Creating a better than average customer experience.
  • Ensuring all your studies and coursework deadlines are met.
  • The correct identification and timely ordering of parts.
  • Updating parts and customer records accurately.
  • Applying the correct discount in line with Company policy.
  • Ensuring any payment received for parts is correct and handled according to Company policy.
  • Attend all Brand modules of the Parts Apprentice programme, ensuring full commitment and dedication.

Our recruitment for the programme is carried out in direct collaboration with Volkswagen & Skoda, you will be required to attend the training centre in Milton Keynes for weekly blocks over a 12 month period.

To qualify for the programme, you must have gained or be working towards GCSE grade 3 or above in Maths, English and 1 other subject. Should you not have already obtained these grades, then conditional offers will be made on the provision that these go on to be achieved in the summer of 2026.
