About This Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly teams. Serving clients and members by performing a range of administration tasks including calculations, reports, speaking to members directly, project work, presenting to clients and much more

Key Responsibilities

The administration role includes the following:

  • Performing calculations for members. This covers leaving service, retiring, transferring benefits to another plan or passing away
  • Producing communications and speaking to members, Trustees, clients and third parties directly
  • Creating reports for presentation to Trustees
  • Completing annual and adhoc projects such as pension increases

What you should have to apply

  • Grade B or 5 in English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.

Personal Qualities

  • Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to learning and work responsibilities
  • Able to follow procedures, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to a career in pensions administration and continuous improvement
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and applications

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical tasks
  • Previous work experience, ideally in a customer focussed environment
