Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview

The Apprentice People Administrator will support FACT3’s People team across a range of People administration activities.

This is an apprenticeship role, designed for someone who is developing their HR knowledge and practical workplace experience. You will not be expected to carry out all responsibilities independently from day one. Instead, you will receive training, guidance, and support from experienced members of the People team while gradually building confidence and capability across the role.

As part of the apprenticeship, you will spend around 20% of your working time on structured study, learning, and development. The remaining time will be spent gaining practical experience through on-the-job learning, supporting live HR activity, and applying your apprenticeship learning in a real business environment.

This role provides a strong foundation for a career in HR, with the opportunity to grow further within the People team.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to People Advisors with tasks such as contract preparation, data entry, and employee communications.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Support the administration and follow-up of employee engagement surveys, ensuring data is captured and reported accurately.
  • People Software Administration: Oversee the administration of our people management software, The Hub, ensuring the system is up-to-date and used effectively by all clients.
  • FACT3 Academy: Assist the Learning & Development Academy in the preparation and presentation of content to ensure a seamless learning experience for our clients.
  • KPI Reporting and Fact Stacks: Provide accurate and timely Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and Fact Stacks for relevant clients, helping them track HR performance metrics.
