Apprentice - Production (September 2026 start)
Coatings Manufacturing Apprentice
The apprentice will learn the fundamental knowledge required to work in a protective coatings manufacturing environment and equip them for a career path to become a proactive and innovative member of the operations team. The role involves project work, production, milling, filling, labelling, dispatch, and goods in, as well as suggesting improvements for operational processes.
The apprentice will gain an understanding of:
- Basics of operations within the coatings industry
- How coatings are made, developed, and tested
- The process of delivering products to the marketplace
Working alongside a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, the apprentice’s operational knowledge will expand significantly throughout the apprenticeship.
