Role Overview

A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to recruit an Apprentice Project Manager to join its London team with an Autumn start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in project management, combining full-time employment with a fully funded degree apprenticeship and hands-on experience on live construction projects.

As an Apprentice Project Manager, you will support experienced Project Managers in delivering construction and development projects from inception through to completion. You will gain exposure to key aspects of project delivery, client engagement, and programme management while working towards a recognised project management qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
  • Assisting with programmes, progress reporting, and meeting minutes
  • Attending client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits
  • Helping monitor project costs, risks, and change control
  • Supporting coordination between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Assisting with project documentation, reports, and trackers
  • Developing technical and professional skills through a structured apprenticeship programme

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
