This is an exciting opportunity to join Ashton Roberts Limited as an Apprentice Administrator.
Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade 4)
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
Responsibilities
- Work within both the sales and lettings departments, ensuring a great understanding of both areas of the business.
- Provide administrative assistance as instructed by existing members of staff.
- Answer calls and emails from clients.
- Liaise with contractors and raise worksheets.
- Create brochures and property details.
- Maintain window and online advertising.
- Prepare letters for posting.
- File notes and correspondence as directed.
- Maintain record-keeping requirements for the role.
- Manage active boards.
- Comply with all applicable legislation and regulations relevant to the role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by members of staff.
