This is an exciting opportunity to join Ashton Roberts Limited as an Apprentice Administrator.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English (grade 4)
  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Responsibilities

  • Work within both the sales and lettings departments, ensuring a great understanding of both areas of the business.
  • Provide administrative assistance as instructed by existing members of staff.
  • Answer calls and emails from clients.
  • Liaise with contractors and raise worksheets.
  • Create brochures and property details.
  • Maintain window and online advertising.
  • Prepare letters for posting.
  • File notes and correspondence as directed.
  • Maintain record-keeping requirements for the role.
  • Manage active boards.
  • Comply with all applicable legislation and regulations relevant to the role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by members of staff.
