You will gain hands-on experience managing costs, contracts, and budgets alongside industry experts. With dedicated study time built in, you'll earn a professional qualification while developing real-world skills. Most of your apprenticeship is spent working, learning on the job by gaining hands-on experience.
Requirements
- GCSE in: English (grade 6)
- A Level in: Maths (grade C)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
- Visiting site and working at height.
Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Managing and controlling project costs from start to finish
- Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing valuations and applications for payment
- Drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts
- Preparing financial reports and final accounts
- Liaising with clients and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Advising on commercial matters
