Job Opportunity: Receptionist/Administrator at Heart Centre, Ipswich Hospital
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator within the Heart Centre at Ipswich Hospital.
You will be completing an in-house Apprenticeship alongside your role, meaning you will gain extra qualifications to support your future career opportunities.
About the Role
You will be a member of a team providing efficient Receptionist/Administrative support to the Heart Centre.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reception, administrative, and telephone enquiry duties.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive high-quality service.
- Deal efficiently and courteously with patient and staff enquiries.
- Be responsible for reception duties and administrative functions, ensuring an efficient service is provided with regard to all Cardiology patient bookings for tests and invasive procedures.
- Organise and book all procedures, e.g., Angios, PCI, Pacings, Cardioversions, and Echoes.
