Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer
Sales & Recruitment Apprentice Intern
Salary: £10 – £13 per hour + uncapped commission

About the Role

Your Responsibilities
- Hunt for top talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms.
- Speak to multiple candidates daily (this is not a desk-only position).
- Pinpoint what people truly seek in their careers.
- Craft job ads that break out from the crowd.
- Shortlist and match candidates to real-time roles.
- Get hands-on from day one, assisting our senior consultants on live client projects.
- Build your own network—because a strong one becomes your future earning power.
