Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

Sales & Recruitment Apprentice Intern

Salary: £10 – £13 per hour + uncapped commission

Region: UK – London Location: City of London, London Type: Full Time


About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Hunt for top talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Speak to multiple candidates daily (this is not a desk-only position).
  • Pinpoint what people truly seek in their careers.
  • Craft job ads that break out from the crowd.
  • Shortlist and match candidates to real-time roles.
  • Get hands-on from day one, assisting our senior consultants on live client projects.
  • Build your own network—because a strong one becomes your future earning power.
