At EQUANS, we're offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer in Haringey. You'll earn a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per year, gain a recognised qualification, and develop valuable workplace skills while making a real difference in your local community.

No previous experience is needed – just enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be the friendly face helping residents stay informed throughout improvement and refurbishment projects.

  • Support residents by providing updates on planned works and project progress
  • Help answer questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly way
  • Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community events
  • Work alongside experienced colleagues to learn how projects are managed
  • Help organise appointments and access arrangements for residents
  • Record feedback and keep information updated on company systems
  • Ensure residents feel supported throughout the project journey
