A Great Day in the Role
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, youâll:
- Serve customers with enthusiasm.
- Share insights about Star Buys (special promotions).
- Ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
- Contribute to achieving store targets.
This role is fast-paced, engaging, and packed with growth opportunities. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, supporting them with:
- Full training on-site (no college attendance).
- Chances to progress through excellent training.

Your first 12 months will focus on in-store training prior to completing:
- A discussion around your experiences.
- An observation of your role performance. Youâll work toward earning your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship while being supported by your team and your tutor.

Eligibility
You qualify if:
- You have a grade 4 (C) or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths (national 4âs for Scotland).
- You are not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
- You havenât completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- You are eligible to work in the UK.
- You are brand new to retail.
