đ The Role â A Day in the Life of an Apprentice Sales Assistant
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, youâll be front and centre in the action:
- Serving customers with enthusiasm and a smile
- Promoting and assisting with our Star Buys range
- Ensuring the store appears well-maintained and fully stocked
- Supporting store targets and contributing to team success

Your first 12 months will focus on in-store trainingâno college attendance or exams! Instead, at the end of your training, youâll complete:

Youâll be supported throughout by your team and tutor, guiding you towards a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

- Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to changes
đď¸ Key Eligibility Criteria
You must:
- Hold a grade 4/C (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths (or National 4 in Scotland)
- Not be in any form of education
- Be available for full-time shifts
- Not have previously completed another Retail Apprenticeship
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Be a complete retail newbie (no prior retail experience required)
