đ A Great Day in the Role
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, youâll be front and centreâserving customers with a smile, promoting our Star Buys, and ensuring everyone leaves feeling great!
Key Responsibilities:
- Help maintain our storeâs stunning presentation, keeping it stocked, clean, and customer-ready.
- Play a vital role in hitting store targetsâwhile having fun along the way!
- Experience a hands-on, fast-paced environment packed with growth opportunities.
- Train in-store for the first 12 months, with no college days or homework required.
- Coachings and skill development will be providedâno extra weight on you!
- At the end of training, demonstrate your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship through a discussion and role observation, supported by your team and tutor.

đď¸ Ideal Candidates Must:
- Hold a grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent: National 4 in Scotland).
- Not currently in education, and available for full-time shifts.
- No previous Retail Apprenticeship completion.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- New to retail (great if youâve earned zero department store experience!).
