Whatâs in a Day?
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, your day will include:
- Serving customers with a smile and enthusiasm
- Promoting Star Buysâour exceptional value products
- Ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
- Actively contributing to achieving store targets
- Receiving brilliant training with opportunities to progress to Team Leader roles

- Your mastery of the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship
Your tutor and team will provide consistent support every step of the way.
Requirements
To be considered for this Apprentice Sales Assistant role, you will have the following:
Skills & Mindset
- A positive mindset
- Clear communication skills
- A passion for health and beauty products and customer service
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and improve your knowledge and skills
- Flexibility (ability to work varied shifts) and adaptability
Qualifications & Eligibility
You qualify if:
â You hold (or have completed) a grade 4/C (or equivalent) in both English and Maths GSCE (equating to National 4 for Scotland applicants) â You are not currently in education and are available for full-time shifts â You have never completed a Retail Apprenticeship before â You are eligible to work in the UK â You are brand new to retail
