As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you’ll be front and centre, serving customers with enthusiasm, showcasing our Star Buys, and ensuring they leave with smiles on their faces.

Your role involves:
- Maintaining a prettify store and ensuring it stays well stocked
- Playing a crucial part in achieving store targets
- Learning on the job in a constantly engaging, fast-paced environment
We see Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, offering opportunities to develop with our support:
✅ In-store training for the first 12 months (no college days, no homework!)
✅ After your training period, an evaluation involving:
- Discussion around experiences
- Observed performance in role
🌟 Goal: Complete your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with guidance from your team and tutor.

🗝️ You Qualify if…

✔ Academic Requirement:
- Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4’s for Scots)
- You’re not currently in education
- Not a prior Retail Apprentice
✔ Employment Check:
- UK eligible to work
✔ Experience Factor:
- Brand new to retail
