Weâre looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to become Apprentice Sales Assistants at Superdrug. At the heart of a vibrant team, youâll serve customers, share our top offers, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

What a Day Looks Like
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, your role includes:
- Serving customers with a smile and expert advice.
- Enhancing the in-store experience by showcasing Superdrugâs Star Buys.
- Maintaining a well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing store.
- Play a key role in achieving store performance targets.
- Receive ongoing training and support while working directly in-store.

With no college days or homework, your training takes place entirely in-store over the first 12 months. Upon completion, youâll undergo a final assessment including role observation and discussion.
Upon success, youâll achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship standard.

Requirements
To qualify as an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you must:
â Hold a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths (national 4âs for Scottish candidates). â Be brand new to retail and not currently in any education. â Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before. â Be eligible to work in the UK and available for full-time shifts.
