About The Role

Albion Valves (UK) Ltd has over 40 years' experience supplying high-quality industrial valves and heating products across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Sales Administrator to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable business administration and customer service experience while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

What you'll do

Your Duties Will Include

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers.
  • Processing customer sales orders accurately.
  • Preparing written and verbal technical quotations.
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Learning about our products and the industries we serve.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
