You’ll recognise our Sales Assistants (SAs) for their local community engagement and ability to offer customers the best deals on the high street. This role is about fostering the future leaders of Savers.
Your training will take place entirely in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or formal study. Instead, you’ll receive hands-on encouragement from both your team and your tutor while pursuing a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. Assessments include a discussion on your experiences and observation of your role in action.

To qualify, you must:
- Hold a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (for Scotland: National 4)
- Be available for full-time shifts, with no ongoing education
- Have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Be brand new to retail
