Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant – Join the Savers Team!
Do you love retail? If so, you’re in the right place! We’re recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become part of an exciting and positive team.
About the Role

Our Sales Assistants (SAs) are key in their communities, connecting with customers and offering the best deals – while always putting people first. As an apprentice, you’ll train on the job for 12 months, learning through hands-on experience before completing your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
With support from your team and tutor, you’ll grow in a supportive environment and gain real-world retail experience.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and create a positive shopping experience
- Ensure store standards are met to efficiency and attractiveness
- Assist in sales processes and offer great product advice
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Support community engagement through local marketing efforts

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must:
- Have at least a Grade 4/C (or equivalent) GCSE in English and Maths OR a Scottish National 4 in these subjects
- Be new to the retail industry and currently not in education
- Be unemployed and eligible to work full-time in the UK
- Not have completed a retail apprenticeship before
