Foray Motor Group is the South West's award-winning Ford-only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgwater, Dorchester and Southampton. The 9 location group, with an annual turnover in excess of £150m, employs circa 400 people, in a wide variety of job roles, and has excellent opportunities for highly motivated, dedicated and talented people. Position
Salary: £16,640.00 per annum
Location: Hine Motors, Shaftesbury
Contract: Full-Time | Apprenticeship contract, 1 year contract, with the opportunity to extend to 2 years
Hours: 40 hours per week. A 5-day working week, 08:45 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (with one day off during the week), Saturdays 08:45 a.m. to 05:30 p.m., Sundays CLOSED.

As an Apprentice Sales Executive here at Hine Motors, you will undergo comprehensive, structured training to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in automotive sales. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learning the ins and outs of vehicle sales, customer service, and dealership operations. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the features and specifications of vehicles
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and paperwork
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
Continuously update product knowledge through training and self-study
Requirements:
A passion for the automotive industry and interest in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
Full UK Driving licence
