Front-of-House: Service Advisor Skills
As a Service Advisor, you’ll become the primary point of contact for our dealership. You’ll learn to:
- Deliver outstanding customer care, building lasting relationships
- Understand and communicate vehicle concerns effectively with technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Simplify technical information, making it easy to understand
- Handle enquiries confidently via:
- In-person conversations
- Telephone calls
- Email communications
- Manage multiple tasks without compromising on:

- Professionalism
You’ll create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer visiting Holdcroft.
Requirements
Qualifications
☑ GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above – essential

A valid full driving licence would be advantageous. However, if you:
