As a Service Advisor, you’ll become the primary point of contact for our dealership. You’ll learn to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer care, building lasting relationships
  • Understand and communicate vehicle concerns effectively with technicians
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Simplify technical information, making it easy to understand
  • Handle enquiries confidently via:
    • In-person conversations

You’ll create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer visiting Holdcroft.


Requirements

Qualifications

☑ GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above – essential

Driving

A valid full driving licence would be advantageous. However, if you:
