Apprentice Service Advisor - Mazda, Gloucester

We're looking for an experienced Apprentice Service Advisor to join our Mazda Dealership in Gloucester.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
- To take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety policies
- Speaking to our customers about service requirements
- Completing service pre calls with clients and setting expectations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
- Upselling of products and services
- Becoming a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles
What We're Looking For
- You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey, this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 - 4 (A - C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
- Be imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
- Be a self-starter, creative, fresh thinker who is ready to represent the brand
- Able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
