About the Role
Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference?
Join our award-winning Apprenticeship Team and play a vital role in supporting apprentices, employers, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.
As an Apprenticeship Team Administrator, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for apprentices, employers, and visitors, delivering a professional, friendly, and responsive service
- Coordinate reception and centre-based activities
- Manage enquiries across multiple communication channels
- Organise meetings and bookings
- Maintain accurate learner and employer records
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Apprenticeship Leadership Team
In a fast-paced environment, you will also:
- Support apprenticeship recruitment and onboarding activities
- Contribute to communication campaigns
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our apprenticeship provision

Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be confident using Microsoft 365
- Enjoy working with people and delivering customer service
- Previous administrative experience in a busy professional environment
- Student-friendly or apprenticeship-related experience would be an advantage
