Job Title: Apprenticeship Team Administrator Salary: £23,940 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours per Week: 36 Location: Frontier House, Salford Quays, M50 3SR

About the Role

Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference?

Join our award-winning Apprenticeship Team and play a vital role in supporting apprentices, employers, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.

As an Apprenticeship Team Administrator, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for apprentices, employers, and visitors, delivering a professional, friendly, and responsive service
  • Coordinate reception and centre-based activities
  • Manage enquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Organise meetings and bookings
  • Maintain accurate learner and employer records
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Apprenticeship Leadership Team

In a fast-paced environment, you will also:

  • Support apprenticeship recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to communication campaigns
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our apprenticeship provision

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be confident using Microsoft 365
  • Enjoy working with people and delivering customer service
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy professional environment
  • Student-friendly or apprenticeship-related experience would be an advantage
