We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn and looking to build a long-term career in hospitality.

You'll complete your apprenticeship with our trusted training provider, HIT Training, who will support your learning and development alongside your practical experience with The Coaching Inn Group.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Front of House Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas, including:

  • Greeting guests and creating a warm welcome
  • Serving food and drinks in our restaurant and bar
  • Preparing and serving coffees and refreshments
  • Supporting special events and functions
  • Assisting with reservations and guest enquiries
  • Learning about customer service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Working closely with kitchen, housekeeping and management teams
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
