Apprenticeship Onboarding Officer
Location: Home Based with required travel to QA centres
Your Role:
As an Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for onboarding apprentices onto their chosen Apprenticeship.
Your primary focus is to successfully enrol our learners onto their apprenticeship programme in line with operational KPIs and SLAs, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of learners and guide each through the onboarding process from application to start date.
- Conduct enrolment calls with eligible learners and their employers.
- Explain the Apprenticeship journey in a learner-centric manner, providing the right level of information and clearly setting expectations of what is required while on programme.
- Complete and submit all required documentation or information in line with regulations and governance in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure high ‘first time right rate’ accuracy for submitting learner data to minimise compliance issues.
- Deliver a first-class onboarding experience to learners, line managers, and all internal stakeholders.
- Escalate risks to the Operations Team leader for appropriate mitigation.
- Maintain strong relationships with sales teams, ensuring clear and regular communication and collaboration.

Your Experience and Skills:
- Ability to work to defined deadlines with high-levels of accuracy.
- Experience in an office environment or customer service role, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Apprenticeships or Education (desired).
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and accuracy.
