Background
R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Ipswich office. This is a full-time onsite office position.
The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
- Answer incoming calls
- Electronic filing and scanning
- Raising purchase orders
- Admin support for our pre-construction teams
- Collating and organising documents
- Drawing management
- Meeting and Greeting Visitors
- Reception Duties
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage a large volume of emails.
- Attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Know how to prioritise workload

Full training will be given
You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. The duration of this is one and a half years. Your continued employment will be dependent upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship.
