Salary: £24,546 per annum (National Living Wage)

Location: Hybrid - Lift Greensward Academy or Lift Hockley School, Essex, and home-based

Hours: 35 hours per week, Full Time (52 weeks)

Contract: Permanent with a fully funded apprenticeship

Start Date: September 2026

Every successful apprenticeship relies on excellent organisation behind the scenes.

As our Apprenticeship Team Administrator Apprentice, you'll help ensure every learner receives a professional, supportive and compliant experience from their first enquiry through to completing their End Point Assessment.

Your work will directly support apprentices in developing their careers while helping Lift Schools continue to deliver outstanding apprenticeship programmes.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development while giving you real responsibility from day one.

You'll

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Apprenticeship Team and manage learner enquiries via phone and email.
  • Guide prospective apprentices and employers through the enrolment process, providing excellent customer service and advice.
  • Process and maintain learner records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Coordinate Functional Skills exams and End Point Assessment administration, including reasonable adjustments where required.
  • Maintain apprenticeship data across internal systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Work closely with compliance, delivery and MIS teams to ensure learners receive a seamless experience.
  • Help identify and resolve administrative or compliance issues before they become problems.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent).
  • Is organised, reliable and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Enjoys working with people and building positive relationships.
  • Is confident using computers and digital systems or is keen to develop these skills.
  • Is motivated to complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship alongside their role.
  • Is enthusiastic, eager to learn and excited to build a long-term career.

Previous administrative experience isn't essential, we'll provide training, support and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship.
