Qualifications
Here at BBI, we’re focused on nurturing future talent. Within our apprenticeship program you will be employed to do a job whilst studying for the formal qualification of your choice. We partner with local colleges, universities, and training centres to follow approved study programmes, meaning that the qualification you gain will be nationally recognised. Examples of qualifications will vary depending on the type of career you are pursuing, however examples include:
- Functional Skills
- National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)
- Technical Skills/Certifications (BTECH, CIPD, City & Guilds)
- Academic Qualifications (HNC/HND/Foundation Degree)

Our Apprenticeship Programme Will Allow You To
- Gain an understanding of the workplace and how the role you’re interested in supports the wider business. This can include – STEM, HR, Finance, Health & Safety & Commercial roles.
- Allow you to apply your knowledge and skills to develop your confidence in the workplace with hands-on experience.
- Build your network and help you develop commercial awareness.
- Gain industry-recognised qualifications whilst earning a wage.
- Help you understand the role, business, and industry to shape your chosen career path.

There Are Different Types Of Apprenticeship Which Can Vary In Length, So Our Team Will Work With You To Identify The Most Suitable Option
- Intermediate Apprenticeship (GCSE equivalent – typically 18 months)
- Advanced (A-Level equivalent – typically 2 years)
- Higher (Foundation Degree equivalent – typically 3-6 years)
- Degree (Bachelors/Masters equivalent – typically 3-6 years)
