Role/Team overview

Apps Integration provide essential technical development and support functions to internal and external stakeholders in the ever-increasing world of Apps.

As a Junior CI/CD & Automation Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for web-based streaming applications. You will work closely with engineers, product teams, and partners to improve release quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has hands-on exposure to automation testing and a foundational understanding of CI/CD practices.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for web applications
  • Support the implementation of automated testing frameworks (UI, integration, and regression)
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts for web-based applications
  • Assist in integrating automated testing into deployment pipelines
  • Monitor pipeline runs, investigate failures, and support issue resolution
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure testability of new features
  • Contribute to documentation for automation frameworks, pipelines, and processes
  • Learn and adopt best practices for DevOps, testing, and automation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
