Exceptional Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator – Pendle Leisure Trust
We’re looking for a dedicated Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator to lead, co-ordinate, and develop the Trust’s swimming and aquatics programme across all sites, ensuring a high quality of swimming lesson delivery, increased participation, and learner progression.
About the Role
The Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator will:
- Take ownership of the Learn to Swim programme, school swimming, and wider aquatic activities.
- Drive growth, customer experience enhancements, and pool utilisation maximisation.
- Work across all Pendle Leisure Trust facilities—clean driving licence and vehicle use essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop swimming and aquatics programmes across multiple sites.
- Oversee learner progression and participation metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with staff and schools to promote swimming education and community engagement.
- Ensure high standards of lesson delivery and customer satisfaction.
