Exceptional Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator – Pendle Leisure Trust

We’re looking for a dedicated Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator to lead, co-ordinate, and develop the Trust’s swimming and aquatics programme across all sites, ensuring a high quality of swimming lesson delivery, increased participation, and learner progression.

About the Role

The Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator will:

  • Take ownership of the Learn to Swim programme, school swimming, and wider aquatic activities.
  • Drive growth, customer experience enhancements, and pool utilisation maximisation.
  • Work across all Pendle Leisure Trust facilities—clean driving licence and vehicle use essential.
