Our Mission
To Empower Artist Independence.
We do this by providing artists around the world with the tools and resources they need so they don't have to sign away their rights too early in their career, so they can build true and lasting fanbases that support them financially and let them keep creating great art. There's a new wave of artists becoming entrepreneurs and mastering their own destiny — we're here to lead that movement globally.
About the Role
We're looking for a natural-born seller — someone who's competitive, target-driven, and thrives on closing deals — to join us as an A&R Outbound Sales Representative on a remote, freelance (self-employed) basis. This is a sales-first role: you'll be prospecting, pitching, and closing new business every single day. No music industry background is required — what matters is that you know how to find opportunity, get someone on the phone, and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify — Build your own pipeline from scratch using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media to identify and evaluate potential clients.
- Pitch and Close — Run outbound outreach and pitch calls, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers. This is a quota-driven role — you'll be expected to hit monthly targets consistently.
- Handle Objections — Confidently navigate pushback on price and value, and know how to move a prospect from hesitation to a signed deal.
- Manage Your Own Pipeline — Keep your CRM accurate and up to date, track your own numbers, and manage your day like a business owner.
- Client Relationship Management — Once a deal is closed, serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and setting up future/repeat business.
- Team Coordination — Communicate client needs and campaign details to the team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Stay Sharp — Keep learning about what's working in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok so you can sell smarter, not harder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience — ideally outbound, cold-calling, or lead-generation heavy; commission-based sales experience is a strong plus
- A genuine track record of hitting or exceeding targets — be ready to talk numbers
- Comfortable bringing up price early and closing without hand-holding
- Resilient and thick-skinned — you can take rejection and keep dialing
- Self-motivated and able to run your own day with no manager looking over your shoulder
- Strong communication skills — you can build rapport fast and read a room (or a call) quickly
- CRM experience is a plus
- An interest in or appreciation for music is a bonus, not a requirement — we can teach you the industry; we can't teach you how to close
