The Role
We are seeking fluent Arabic speakers, particularly those with knowledge of Saudi Arabian dialects, to act as AI evaluation specialists.
AI models are advancing to produce conversations with richer, more nuanced human-like interactions. Your task is to ensure these models understand—and accurately represent—the depth of Arabic speech.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform side-by-side evaluations of text and audio snippets to assess their naturalness and authenticity.
- Rate AI-generated voice outputs, evaluating tone, pronunciation, and overall naturalness.
- Conduct quality control assessments, identifying areas where AI outputs miss subtle cultural, dialectical, or intonational cues.
- Provide detailed feedback on naturalness, authenticity, and cultural alignment of AI-generated responses.

Researchers pay participants in the range of $20–$26/hr, but tasks require 1 hour of uninterrupted engagement, though many are shorter in duration.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Attributes:
✅ Fluent Arabic: Native-level or near-native command of daily, conversational Arabic. ✅ Saudi Arabic dialects: Knowledge of Saudi-specific linguistic subtleties, colloquialisms, and speech patterns. ✅ Linguistic sensitivity: Strong ability to distinguish accent, tone, intonation, and cultural context in speech. ✅ English Fluency: Proficient in English for effective task comprehension and instruction following. ✅ Analytical eye: Hyper-attention to detail; backgrounds in linguistics, translation, or linguistics studies are strongly preferred. ✅ Work environment: Access to a quiet, distraction-free space with high-quality headphones or speakers.
Additional Requirements:
- A PayPal account to receive payments from clients.
- Must be able to commit to thorough, 1-hour uninterrupted work sessions during tasks.
