About the Role We are seeking fluent Arabic speakers, particularly those with knowledge of Saudi Arabian dialects, to act as AI evaluators.
In this critical role, you will ensure that AI models communicate with human-like nuance in Arabic. Your tasks will include:
- Completing side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets
- Assessing naturalness and authenticity of AI-generated speech
- Listening to audio clips and rating how natural the voice sounds
- Identifying mismatches in tone, pronunciation, or cultural context
- Providing detailed feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity
This project requires a sharp sense of linguistic nuance, including skill in distinguishing subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery. Many tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, with pay varying between $20–$26/hour.

Requirements
Essential
- Fluid command of daily-use Arabic
- Proficient knowledge of Saudi Arabian dialects
- Strong English literacy for instruction comprehension and reporting
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Good-quality headphones/speakers
- A verified PayPal account for payment disbursements
Desired (Plus)
- Background in linguistics or translation (not strictly required, but highly advantageous)
- High attention to detail -Experience evaluating cultural or linguistic authenticity.
