About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Ermanno Scervino, you will welcome a global clientele with a vibrant, magnetic energy that perfectly embodies our high-fashion universe. Your mission is to communicate the heritage and craftsmanship of our collections, transforming every boutique visit into a bespoke luxury experience. By building genuine connections, you will naturally drive sales and foster long-term customer loyalty. Ultimately, your passion will elevate the sales floor while maintaining the impeccable standards of our house.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the Company
  • Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
  • Organize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines
  • Keep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRM
  • Ensure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special events
  • Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standards
  • Take an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality control
  • Be aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand image
  • Gather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate within retail
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
  • Full-time availability
  • A true passion for the fashion world and current trends
  • A people-centric mindset with a love for building authentic connections
  • High energy and an approachable attitude that brightens our customers' day
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
  • Ability to engage with clients showing passion for fashion products
