Ready to take full ownership of a large-scale arable operation?
Cambs Farms Growers Ltd is looking for an experienced, driven Arable Crop Manager to lead every aspect of our cropping programme, from planning and establishment through to harvest. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have full responsibility for delivering a high-performing Arable business.
The Role
- Full management of 3000ha of Winter Wheat, Maize and Sugar Beet.
- Full management of two contract farming agreements.
- Lead all growing, harvesting and crop management operations and full P/L responsibility.
- Marketing of 50% of the wheat tonnage from a in planning 4500-ton store.
- Drive crop performance, Operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Full responsibility for Health & Safety, Business and audit compliance across the operation.
- Champion future farming practices, and the development of our wild farmed Wheat.

What We're Looking For
- BASIS and FACTS qualified.
- Proven large-scale arable management experience.
- Passion for innovation and drive to change farming practise to more sustainable practises.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of John Deere technology would be a distinct advantage.
- A hands-on, hardworking individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to move the business forward.
- Join and contribute to growers Groups.
- Living within 20 mins of the Farm office.
