Arbor Capital Partners – Private Equity Internship 2026

Company Description

Arbor Capital is a Buy and Build private equity fund founded by two large cap PE investors (ex-Bain Capital, Blackstone, SVP, 3i, and TowerBrook). We focus on Buy and Build platform investments in B2B and high value manufacturing industries in DACH and UK. Our source of differentiation lies in our operational approach to private equity: we believe in driving operational improvement, and partnering SMEs and founders to build durable, market-leading businesses.

Our first platform investment, Neuplaner, an audit, tax and accounting roll-up has raised €100M from leading institutional investors, and acquires 7–10 firms p.a. We are currently working on 3 new platforms, which we aim to bring to market soon.

Role Description

We are looking for a Summer Analyst or Off-Cycle Intern to work across the full investment lifecycle for a period of 3 to 6 months (6 months preferred), contributing at both the fund and platform level. We are looking for exceptional candidates, self-starters with drive, motivation, and track record of excellence. There is a possibility of a full-time role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
