Role Overview
The role would suit someone who wants to be part of a small, dynamic team within a growing business. You will have the opportunity to take the lead in managing projects and time within a welcoming, flexible working environment. The ability to be motivated while working independently or as part of a team is critical.
We have great relationships with our clients and project teams, so a positive, approachable attitude and great communication skills are essential.

Along with the required qualifications and experience, we need consultants who are up for a challenge, using exceptional initiative and communication skills to solve complex problems with multiple stakeholders including Local Planning Authorities, Planning Consultants, Architects, Developers, and Land Managers to name a few…
We work with some stand-out clients on a range of amazing projects across the UK. With this comes the requirement to travel around the UK regularly, with the occasional requirement for overnight stays.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of Level 4 qualification in Arboriculture (or equivalent / demonstrable experience).
- Pro-active and organised with exceptional communication skills and ability to work seamlessly within large project teams.
- Good experience in undertaking BS5837:2012 tree surveys & planning reports (Arboricultural Impact Assessment / Method Statement etc.)
- Strong knowledge of trees within the planning process.
- AutoCAD skills (production of Tree Constraints Plans / Tree Protection Plans etc.) are desirable, but training can be provided.
- Experienced in undertaking Tree Risk Assessment (use of various methodologies such as QTRA, THREATS, VALID etc would be beneficial)
- Professional Tree Inspection certificate would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of current legislation, standards, and best practice within the industry.

Salary and Holidays
- Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 - Negotiable DOE
- Holidays: 33 days including public holidays
