About the Role
Do you know your crown lift from your crown reduction? Can you spot a tree that's thriving faster than a sapling finds sunlight? Would you love a role where no two days are rooted in the same place?
If you're an experienced Arborist looking to grow your career with a team that's passionate about maintaining healthy, safe, and thriving urban forests, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an Arborist to join our Arboriculture Services Team, helping to deliver a professional, high-quality and legally compliant arboriculture service across our communities.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll carry out a variety of tree works, ensuring scheduled programmes are completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. Our goal is simple: to undertake justified tree management that reduces risk, promotes tree health and enhances the environment for our customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
