The Arborist is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, responsible for the care, management, and preservation of trees across a variety of landscapes. Day-to-day tasks include performing pruning, removal, and implementing appropriate arboricultural techniques to ensure safety and sustainability. The Arborist will work closely with project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality services for clients.

The role also involves operating and maintaining tools and equipment, following health and safety procedures, and contributing to environmentally responsible practices on all projects.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in forestry and arboriculture, with practical experience managing trees in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in tree identification and understanding of species-specific care and maintenance requirements.
- Certified Arborist credential or equivalent professional arboricultural qualification, or working toward such certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely with tree care equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear, with relevant certifications.
- Good physical fitness and capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices in tree work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer service and collaborative working.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel between sites in the Windsor area and surrounding regions.
