📍 Great Brickhill, Milton Keynes
💷 £28,600 - £36,400 per year (depending on experience & qualifications)
🕒 Full Time | Monday-Friday | Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Groundsperson who takes pride in running an efficient, organised and safe work site. We believe a great groundsperson is every bit as important as a great climber. This isn't a role for someone who simply drags brash.

We're looking for someone who understands that the ground operation is what makes a tree team successful. You'll be the person keeping the job moving, supporting the climber, managing the work area and ensuring every site runs smoothly from start to finish.

Whether you're an experienced groundsperson or an ex-climber who's happier keeping the operation running from the ground, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Working alongside our climbers and other groundsman, you'll take responsibility for keeping the ground operation organised, efficient and safe throughout the day.

You'll be expected to think ahead, anticipate what's needed and help the whole team work efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
