Are you an Architect with a background in construction or similar, looking to secure a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a well-established market-leading company, giving you the chance to work on exciting up-and-coming aviation projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice working on projects across the commercial and public sectors. You'll play a key role in leading projects through the technical design and construction phases while managing project teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.
In this varied role, you will lead the delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, producing and reviewing technical information, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to programme. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
