We're delighted to be partnering with an expanding West Midlands based architectural practice as they look to appoint a Qualified Architect to support a growing portfolio of projects across the residential sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business where you'll have genuine autonomy, the chance to influence projects from concept through to delivery and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading projects across new build residential, supported living, extra care and retirement developments.
- Managing projects through planning, technical design and delivery.
- Coordinating consultants and building strong client relationships.
- Producing high-quality design and technical solutions.
- Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

What we're looking for:
- ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect.
- UK project experience within the residential sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD.
- Confident managing projects, clients and multiple priorities.
